Kristen Anne Bell is an American actress and performer born in 1980. She is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native, born and raised by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen is born in Polish origin (mother) in addition to German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen's passion for acting was found at a young age. In 1992, she went to her very first audition. The audition was for an appearance of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell aged 13 when her mother signed as an agent was also auditioned for TV and newspaper advertisements. Then she began taking private acting lessons. Bell was credited with a minor part in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School, where she was a member of the both the music and drama club. The school's show of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was cast as Dorothy. Following graduation, Bell moved in New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts and learned about musical theatre. The year 2001 was the time Bell left university to play the role as Becky in Tom Sawyer. That same year, she had her first credit debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), but her scene was cut and her appearance exists only in the credits sequence. Bell made an appearance on Broadway for the first time in The Crucible, a revival with Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
